Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Contact Center IVR Testing Consultant for Dallas, TX. The consultant will design, develop, and execute test cases for contact center IVR systems as well as perform performance testing. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols, utilizing test automation tools, and identifying areas for performance improvements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality, system efficiency, and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
Experience of IVR testing, Contact Center testing, and Amazon Connect testing.
Excellent interpretation and articulation, Speed and Accuracy, Attention to Detail
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience/awareness with Cyara Automation Testing preferred.
