Role & seniority: Senior QA Lead / QA Manager for SAP S/4HANA migration programs
Stack/tools: SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end SAP processes, SIT/UAT, regression, cutover testing, data validation, defect management, TOSCA; QA governance and reporting; coordination with vendors/system integrators
Define and execute end-to-end QA/testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA migration (SIT, UAT, regression, cutover)
Lead test planning, environment setup, defect governance, and ensure coverage of business-critical processes
Review solution designs, challenge delivery approaches for quality and testability; coordinate multiple test teams and report quality to stakeholders; act as QA advisor on data migration and cutover readiness
5+ years in QA/testing; senior/lead experience
Proven involvement in at least one full SAP S/4HANA migration or large SAP transformation
Knowledge of SAP end-to-end processes, integration testing, data validation, and cutover activities
Hands-on with TOSCA and defect management
Excellent English (B2/C1) and ability to influence IT, business, and vendors; fluent Polish; residing in Poland
