Your tasks

Define and execute the end-to-end QA and testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA migration, covering SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover activities Lead test planning, estimation, environment setup, and defect governance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes Review and challenge solution designs and delivery approaches to ensure quality, risk mitigation, and testability Coordinate and align multiple test teams, vendors, and system integrators while providing clear quality reporting to stakeholders Act as a trusted QA advisor, proactively identifying risks related to data migration, integrations, and cutover readiness

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in QA/Testing, including senior or lead roles Proven involvement in at least one full SAP S/4HANA migration or large SAP transformation Strong knowledge of SAP end-to-end business processes, integration testing, data validation, and cutover activities Hands-on experience with TOSCA and defect management Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1) and the ability to influence stakeholders across IT, business, and vendors Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required
