Role & seniority: Senior QA Automation Engineer (7–10+ years in QA Automation/Functional Testing)
Stack/tools: UI/API automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber), API testing (RestAssured, Postman), programming (Java / Python / C#), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), build tools (Maven/Gradle), Docker; capital markets domain knowledge (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, OMS, trading platforms, market data feeds)
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing; execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
Translate business requirements into test cases; create automated test scripts; participate in Agile ceremonies
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; analyze defect trends; collaborate with developers and BAs for root cause analysis and QA process improvements
7–10+ years in QA Automation/Functional Testing
