JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Quality Assurance – Develop, implement, and enforce QA, UAT, and testing standards; document quality levels; track and resolve issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Technical & Reporting – Use SQL, MS Project, and Office tools; manage electronic health data; prepare detailed reports; maintain schedules; send updates; and handle client inquiries.
  • Process Management – Monitor and improve QA workflows, coordinate schedules, optimize resources, and develop testing protocols across service lines.
  • Collaboration – Work with development, project managers, clients, and departments to ensure quality outcomes; provide expert advice and promote company policies.
  • Training – Train clients and QA staff, address company-wide training needs, ensure compliance, and stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development; RFID and Asset Management knowledge is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge in automation testing, with added advantage of experience in Selenium and Appium.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, resourceful, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
