Create challenging coding test cases and review/refine tasks from production codebases

5+ years software development experience
Strong Python expertise (pytest, async patterns, file operations)
Full-Stack capabilities (React + back-end)
Experience writing functional and integration tests
Docker experience; familiarity with local containerized evaluations
CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions usage)

Deeper QA/test automation background
Prior experience evaluating AI/model performance or coding systems
