Salary: $30 / hour
Role & seniority: Experienced software engineer / test automation specialist; part-time, project-based (not permanent)
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file I/O), full-stack background (React front-end + robust back-end), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Create challenging coding test cases that push AI coding systems
Review/refine realistic tasks and write comprehensive functional tests (end-to-end, edge cases)
Analyze AI failures, iterate based on QA reviewer feedback across 7 quality criteria
5+ years in software development, primarily Python
Experience with functional and integration tests
Full-stack experience (React + back-end)
Docker (local evaluations in containers)
CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions)
English proficiency at least B2
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong experience building testing frameworks and production-codebase task design
Experience testing AI/ML systems or evaluations
Ability to work independently on part-time, asynchronous projects
