Role & seniority: Project-based, experienced developer/software engineer or test automation specialist; not permanent staff.
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file ops), full-stack background (React front-end + robust back-end), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), functional/integration testing.
Create and refine challenging coding test cases for AI coding systems based on production codebases.
Write comprehensive functional tests validating end-to-end behavior and edge-cases.
Analyze AI failures, iterate based on expert QA feedback and 7 quality criteria.
5+ years in software development; Python-focused (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file I/O)
Full-Stack experience (React + back-end systems)
Experience writing functional and integration tests
Docker (local evaluation in containers)
CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions)
English proficiency at B2
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Prior QA/evaluation experience for AI or ML systems
Experience with production-grade test design and complex reasoning tasks
