Salary: $24 / hour
Role & seniority: Experienced software engineers/developers and test automation specialists; part-time, project-based, non-permanent
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file operations), Full-Stack (React front-end, back-end systems), Docker (local evaluations), CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Create challenging, realistic coding test cases and refine tasks based on production codebases
Write comprehensive functional and integration tests covering end-to-end behavior and edge cases
Analyze AI failures, identify model gaps, and iterate based on expert QA feedback across 7 quality criteria
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years in software development; strong Python background
Full-Stack experience (React + robust back-end)
Experience writing functional/integration tests
Docker for local evaluations; CI/CD familiarity (GitHub Actions)
English proficiency at least B2
Test automation experience; complex reasoning tasks across dispersed sources
Comfort with examining production codebases and providing structured feedback
Prior participation in project-based, non-permanent engagements
Location & work type: Remote/distributed; project-based, paid contributions with hourly or fixed rates, eligibility for incentives varies by project
