Collaborate with developers, BA, and QA to refine test strategy, validate requirements, and maintain test suites/scripts aligned with project needs

Must-have skills

4+ years in software testing with hands-on Temenos T24/Transact experience (Securities, Lending, etc.)
Ability to develop test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts; log, track, and resolve defects
Experience in SIT/UAT support, risk/issue triage, and test progress reporting
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent test management tools
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Full Description

We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives.
The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape.
Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Able to plan testing run schedule as per timeline assigned and have exposure on Test plan, test spec, test cases, test data, test environment, etc to start Testing
Handle the day to day testing activities, such as test monitoring and accurate status reporting
Involve in SIT test execution with clear understanding on T24 functional modules and have exposure on UAT support
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with internal units within project team & product owners
Able to handle and review the completeness of the test suits/scripts prepared based on project needs
Arrange triage to meet risk & issues with effective test management
Ensure test execution progress maintained in Test Management Tool
Resolve and Test Testing issues, risks & resolution
Proper reporting and quality deliverables as per standard defined

4+ years of working experience
Hands on experience in T24 product testing (Securities module, Lending, etc...).
Responsible to collaborate with Business Stakeholders/Tech and come out with Test strategy/Plan.
Responsible to understand the Project requirement/solution and coming out with Test scenarios/Test cases.
Preferable to have experience with Azure DevOps.
Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
