Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent modern automation tools.
• Execute manual, functional, UI, and regression testing across platforms.
• Conduct end-to-end API testing using Postman, RestAssured, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Perform performance/load testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.
• Validate and test AI/ML-powered features.
• Ensure seamless integration of test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Own and manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers.
• Maintain clear documentation of test plans, cases, reports, and QA metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA (Manual & Automation) Strong knowledge of manual testing, functional, UI, and regression testing.

Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / TestNG / equivalent frameworks. Experience in REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or scripting tools like RestAssured. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter or equivalent). Experience or exposure to AI Testing / ML-based systems. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills
