We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Data) to drive high-quality testing and automation for data-driven systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining automation frameworks, validating data pipelines, and supporting CI/CD-based testing in a regulated, quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain QA automation frameworks for data and backend systems Perform data validation across ETL pipelines using SQL and automation scripts Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and releases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and improve coverage Analyze, document, and report test results; drive continuous improvement in QA processes Support QA and UAT environments to ensure stability and reliability
Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in QA automation and data validation within an Agile/Scrum environment Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred) Strong SQL skills for data validation and Python for automation scripting Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub, etc.) Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Good to Have QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) Exposure to Healthcare / Biotech environments Experience in performance or load testing for large-scale data systems
