Salary: $17 / hour
Role & seniority: Experienced software developers, software engineers, and/or test automation specialists; part-time, project-based (non-permanent).
Stack/tools: Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file operations); full-stack with React front-end and robust back-end; Docker (local evaluations); CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
Design and refine challenging coding test cases and review tasks based on production-like codebases.
Write comprehensive functional tests ensuring end-to-end behavior and edge cases.
Analyze AI failures, identify gaps, and iterate based on feedback from expert QA reviewers.
5+ years in software development; strong Python experience.
Full-Stack background with React front-end and solid back-end skills.
Proven testing experience (functional, integration).
Docker proficiency and ability to run evaluations in containers.
CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions) and ability to interpret results.
English proficiency at B2 level.
Experience with production-quality codebases and realistic task scoping.
Familiarity with asynchronous programming and complex file/URL-based data flows.
Prior exposure to AI/ML evaluation or QA workflows beyond basic testing.
Location & work type: Distributed/remote opportunities; variable projects; approximately 20 hours per project; payment varies by project with rates up to $17/hour plus possible incentives.

What We Look For
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields 5+ years in software development, primarily Python (pytest, async/await, subprocess, file operations) Background in Full-Stack development, with an equal focus on building React-based interfaces and robust Back-end systems Experience writing tests (functional, integration - not just running them) Docker containers (running evaluations locally in containers)
CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions as a user: triggers, labels, reading results) English proficiency - B2
