Role & seniority: Multiple positions across Culinary, Bakery & Pastry, and Operational teams. Ranges from entry-level (Commis Chef, Bakery Machine Operator) to mid-level/Supervisor roles (Line Duty Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor/Agent) and Duty/Operations coordination.
Stack/tools: Kitchen production equipment and lines (hot/cold/bakery/pastry), bakery machinery, dining/assembly and transport equipment, quality assurance and health & safety practices, general facility operations.
Prepare and deliver in-flight and lounge catering to premium standards (culinary, bakery, or operational support).
Lead and supervise assigned teams in their respective domains (dining services, operations control, hygiene, stores, transport, maintenance, QA/H&S).
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency across production, handling, and logistics.
High school qualification with at least 2 years of job-related experience, or Bachelor’s degree/equivalent with at least 1 year of job-related experience.
Ability to work in a high-volume catering environment with attention to quality and safety.
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in catering/food production or hospitality operations.
Experience with health, safety, and quality control practices in a food service setting.
