Techniker Quality Engineering Aufgaben Fachbereich: Im Design Transfer von Medizinprodukten Planung und Qualifikation (Quality/Control Plan) der Prüfverfahren und -methoden (Wareneingang, In-Prozess, Endkontrolle) Erstellung von Prüfanleitungen für Wareneingang und Endkontrolle Beschaffung von Prüfmitteln innerhalb des Designtransfers Aufbau und Qualifikation der Prüfmittel und Prüfplätze (Kalibrierung, Test Method Validation, Gage R&R, Validierung) Erstellung/Moderation von Prozess FMEAs zur vorbeugenden Fehlervermeidung Erstellung Übersicht der Validierungen (Master Validation Plan) Erarbeitung von Prüfoptimierungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität Teilnahme an allen Prototypen-, Validierungs- und Nullserienbauten im Design Transfer Im Fehlermanagement Mitwirkung bei komplexen Fehlern bei Komponenten oder Prozessen (NC) Überwachung, Planung und Durchführung von korrektiven und präventiven Maßnahmen (CAPA) im Fachbereich Einsteuerung von Qualitäts-Sustaining-Projekten bzw. Initiierung von entsprechenden Maßnahmen Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, benannten Stellen und Kunden Betreuung der Auditierungsprozesse und Firmeninspektionen durch Kunden, Behörden, benannte Stellen und sonstigen Zertifizierungsinstitutionen Allgemeine Aufgaben: Aktive Teilnahme an Maßnahmen zum Novanta-Growth-System (NGS) Aktive Teilnahme am Innovationsprozess Strikte Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und Umsetzung der Anweisungen von Qualitäts-/ Umweltmanagementbeauftragten und der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit Ausbildung/Anforderungen: technisches Studium oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker Theorie und Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden und -techniken wünschenswert Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Bereich erforderlich Lean-Produktionssysteme und Werkzeuge aus dem KAIZEN Management gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Qualitätsbewusst, vertrauensvoll und zuverlässig Teamfähig Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Fähigkeit des Projektmanagements #LI-UK1 #Ludwigsstadt Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
