About the role

We’re looking for a QA Lead who will take full ownership of our quality assurance processes across multiple projects. In this role, you’ll define testing strategies, set quality standards, and lead the planning and execution of all QA activities. You’ll work hands-on with test management tools, oversee both manual and automated testing efforts, and analyze results to drive product quality. This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, the ability to mentor QA engineers, and the confidence to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

4–5+ years of experience in QA (manual or manual + automation).
Strong understanding of different test types and test runs, including Regression, Stress, Load, and Smoke Testing.
Proven experience in planning, organizing, and leading QA activities across multiple projects.
Ability to define QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards for the team.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Testmo, or similar).
Solid knowledge of SDLC, especially within Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution.
Strong understanding of performance, security, and usability testing principles.
Experience using bug tracking systems such as Jira.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and review QA engineers.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Ability to estimate QA efforts, manage priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
