What you'll do: Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions, leveraging machine learning and automation to address complex business challenges. Translate business requirements into data strategies and analytical models that drive measurable impact and align with organizational goals. Oversee code development, testing, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable data products. Guide data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support accurate and actionable insights. Mentor and develop data science teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate findings and influence data-driven decision-making. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java, with strong coding and testing capabilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy scalable models, ensuring ongoing model validation and lifecycle management. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
