We are looking for a highly motivated Test Automation & Customer Solutions Engineer for our team in Japan to support our customers in leveraging our automation tool ecu.test and our platform one:cx to their fullest potential.
Your job responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases and reporting for embedded software testing using ecu.test and one:cx across HiL, SiL, and MiL environments. Support customers by troubleshooting issues, creating scripts, and enabling them to make effective use of our tools and platform. Provide technical customer support by discussing requirements and delivering tailored automation solutions. Implement and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and customer projects directly on-site at customer's premises. Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers in Germany to discuss and drive improvements for tracetronic tools and customer workflows. Define and specify required tests for diverse systems and development setups. Assist customers in establishing Continuous Development and Continuous Deployment (CD/CD) workflows using the one:cx platform. Thoroughly document test setups, reports, and error analyses.
Your profile
Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Experience: 2-3 years within the automotive or software sectors
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Japanese and good English Skills
