Job Description Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (Java) Design automation framework and improve existing test architecture Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Analyze business requirements, especially related to insurance systems (policy management, claims, underwriting, premium calculation) Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Team to ensure quality delivery Identify, document, and track bugs using test management / defect tracking tools Execute API testing and validate backend services Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective) Ensure test coverage and continuous improvement of QA process
Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as QA Automation Strong experience in Playwright with Java Solid understanding of automation framework design (POM, data-driven testing, etc.) Experience in API testing (Postman / RestAssured or similar tools) Familiar with CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Understanding of insurance workflows (policy issuance, endorsement, claims processing, underwriting) Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
