Develop and maintain Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data aligned with business requirements and technical specs
Execute and coordinate functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing; drive defect lifecycle (logging, triage, tracking, resolution)
Plan/perform automation efforts; integrate automated tests into CI/CD; coordinate with stakeholders and manage QA deliverables
5+ years of enterprise IT QA/system testing; Agile/SDLC proficiency

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Minimum 5 years of QA/System Testing experience on enterprise IT projects.
Strong ability to develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data.
Extensive hands-on experience in QA automation, including designing automation frameworks and developing robust regression test packs.
Proficient with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Cypress, and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled in functional, integration, regression, system, performance, load, and UAT testing.
Proficient with Azure DevOps or similar platforms for test management and defect tracking.
Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or SOAP UI.
Solid backend/database testing capabilities, including PL/SQL job validation and writing complex queries.
Experience testing workflow-driven applications, particularly IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Knowledge of AODA accessibility standards and hands-on experience with accessibility testing.
Experience conducting performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and analyzing bottlenecks.
Understanding of security and access control testing, authentication, and data protection mechanisms.
Experience testing COTS solutions or platforms built on Salesforce or Microsoft technologies.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Ability to produce clear, reusable test cases and comprehensive documentation.
Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) for automation or test data setup.

Well-versed in documenting UAT artifacts including test cases, execution results, and findings. Experienced in AODA and WCAG compliance testing for web applications and documents. Automation Testing - 15% Experienced in planning and developing automated test cases based on business and technical specs. Skilled in creating, executing, and analyzing automation scripts using Selenium and related tools. Proficient in integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines. Applied automation techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency Technical Skills - 20% Strong understanding of object-oriented testing and reusable test case design.
