Sr. Marketing Automation & QA Specialist at BairesDev
You will be building QA-oriented marketing automations that will have significant scale and impact in our business (9-figure revenue), while working with an incredibly ambitious and supportive team.
Build and maintain automated QA systems to validate campaign data, audience lists, and message content before launch.
Build automated anomaly detection and alerting systems that identify and flag errors across all stages of the campaign lifecycle, including audience building, message delivery, and reply handling, removing the need for manual monitoring.
Develop SQL queries and data validation scripts to ensure CRM data integrity and campaign accuracy.
Implement GenAI-powered QA tools to scale quality checks across high-volume multi-channel campaigns.
Document QA processes, create runbooks, and train team members on quality standards.
2+ years of hands-on experience with B2B Marketing Automation (audience building, campaign QA, outbound workflows), with demonstrated experience building AI-assisted automation for quality assurance or data validation.
Experience with CRM data management including data hygiene, deduplication, list segmentation, and data validation.
Experience with multi-channel campaigns such as email, LinkedIn, paid ads, and webinars, with lead-to-MQL tracking.
Experience with CRM QA including automated data validation, error detection, and test case development for marketing workflows.
Advanced level of English.
