What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG/JUnit. Develop and execute end-to-end automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing of web applications. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure comprehensive automation coverage and a shared understanding of requirements. Mentor junior testers, review automation scripts, and promote best practices in automation design and maintenance. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git to enable continuous testing and deployment. Analyze test results, identify and report defects using JIRA (or similar tools), and partner with developers to ensure swift resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement of automation strategy, framework scalability, and test process maturity. Prepare and maintain automation documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with QA standards.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3+ years hands-on in Selenium and Java. Advanced skills in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Java-based frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
