Full Description

What We’re Looking For

Execute comprehensive testing of video streaming services on various platforms (iOS, Android, Web, TV) to identify functionality and performance issues such as frame rate drops, glitches, crashes, and loading times Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that previously reported performance and functionality issues have been addressed and resolved in new builds Evaluate the user experience, including navigation, UI responsiveness, and overall UI/UX, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable viewing experience Document and report all performance issues, glitches, and loading time problems through detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, device information, and severity assessment Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans, focusing on functionality, performance and UI/UX Test on a wide range of devices, screen resolutions, and OS versions to ensure compatibility and optimization Work closely with developers, network engineers, and other team members to facilitate clear communication and quick issue resolution Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the overall performance and user experience Ensure that all testing activities follow established testing processes, quality standards, and best practices

Requirements

Football fans – You watch the games, you know the sport and you’re passionate about it! Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field preferred, but not a must Proven experience in mobile/web testing, with a strong focus on performance and both functional & non-functional aspects Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, devices, and operating systems (iOS and Android) Proficiency in using testing and monitoring tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Grafana, BitMovin) Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering a flawless user experience Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and report on issues accurately Prior experience with performance testing or live streaming services is a plus
