Your primary focus will be to develop an end-to-end test solution for SSD products in a high volume manufacturing environment. This position will require deep technical expertise in test software development with Python, hands-on work with hardware, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Software Development Expertise: Strong experience in developing and enhancing test software, with proficiency in Python, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
Program management: Plan and execute hardware test programs, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resources, track issues, ensure compliance, and communicate results effectively.
Test Plan Development: Ability to create detailed, robust test plans from hardware schematics and design documentation, ensuring comprehensive hardware validation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, dedicated to improving test processes and software tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus. Prior experience working with a hyperscaler company would be an advantage. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. #LI-ONSITE
