In this role, the individual will utilise deep expertise in RPA and software development while collaborating within Agile delivery frameworks. The role is ideal for a professional passionate about building scalable automation solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high‑quality output across development cycles. What you’ll do Design and implement advanced AI and automation solutions aligned with business needs. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to support their technical progression. Ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives within Agile delivery frameworks. Conduct thorough code reviews and perform solution testing to uphold quality and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively Who you are Holder of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Experienced in client engagement and stakeholder communication. Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using the SAFe framework. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and balancing project requirements. Equipped with a minimum of 3 years’ software development experience, including 2+ years in UI Path and 2+ years in Python.Competent in API integrations and familiar with Microsoft Power Automate (Power Flows). Understanding AWS cloud concepts (an advantage).Capable of guiding teams to deliver effective project outcomes. Not a perfect fit? Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
