Salary: €2,200 - €4,600 / month
Role & seniority: QA Engineer (mid-level to senior) within a 20+ person QA team; emphasis on quality advocacy and cross-functional collaboration.
Stack/tools: Web/desktop/app testing; Postman; Playwright; Jira; Confluence; Agile/Kanban; familiarity with automated testing concepts; bonus: GitLab, Jenkins, Jest, Node.js, Docker, BrowserStack, Selenium, Figma.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA peers to ensure high-quality software; apply Agile principles daily.
Create and maintain manual and automated tests; perform functional/integration testing; validate acceptance criteria.
Report defects, drive resolution with multiple teams, contribute to test strategies, and mentor less senior team members.
Proven QA experience (frontend, backend, web apps); strong test case design & management.
Experience with Postman and Playwright; solid written/spoken English; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
Understanding of complex technical systems; experience with Agile/Kanban; a strong quality mindset.
Experience with Jest, Node.js, Docker, BrowserStack, Selenium, GitLab, Jenkins; familiarity with virtualization, Figma.

The QA department ensures our software products are of the highest quality and efficiency. We are a dedicated team of inspectors who carry out audits to validate quality criteria for customers, management, certifiers, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality products Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities Write manual and later automated tests to conduct complex functional- integration tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria have been met Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team Support, maintain and improve all related test cases Contribute to identifying testing strategies and driving their implementation together with QA Guild Perform functional testing in WEB/desktop applications, or/and back-end systems (depends on project) Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment Report software defects and work across multiple development teams to resolve them Training and mentoring less senior team members would be very welcome Making our release process as smooth as possible with the best quality Participate in making decisions regarding automation Lots of space for your own ideas and creations.
Core Requirements Proven experience experience in quality assurance (frontend, backend, web applications testing) Good verbal and written communication skills, written and spoken English Experience in test case design & management Experience with Postman and Playwright Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.) Understanding of complex technical systems/structures A desire for quality in each and all aspects of the shippable product Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding how to work in dev teams.

Salary Range Gross Salary 2200 - 4600 EUR/Month.
