The role champions new technologies for optimization, demonstrating deep understanding of product usage scenarios, user needs and is able to create frictionless flows for customer usage. Plans with a time horizon of a year, setting clear objectives and timelines to meet long-term goals and deliverables while adapting to any changes in project scope or requirements. Executes continuous improvement initiatives in processes and ways of working to achieve operational excellence, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams. Makes informed business and technical decisions promptly, based on thorough data gathering, effective analysis, and sound judgment, balancing immediate tasks with the organization's long-term strategic vision. Ensures delivery of high-quality software at a sustainable pace, maintaining advanced levels of software craftsmanship as established by the Software Center of Excellence. Interacts regularly with lower and/or senior management or executive levels regarding matters spanning multiple functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Ensures adherence to all applicable development processes, legal standards, quality metrics, security protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and excellence. Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
