Role & seniority: IT Support Analyst (entry–mid level) in a global IT team

Provide end-user IT support (hardware, software, network) via email, phone, Teams, in person
Document IT processes, procedures and solutions; contribute to automated ITSM initiatives
Deliver end-user training during onboarding; collaborate across time zones; participate in project work with IT infrastructure and security teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven IT Support Analyst experience; proficient with Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra, end-user device management
Able to diagnose unfamiliar problems methodically; strong self-organization and workload management
Ability to work across time zones and adapt to diverse cultures
Experience with Tanium, ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL v4
