💼 Role: Lead Automation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer to drive end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems, APIs, and platforms. The role requires strong hands-on automation expertise (API & UI), solid Core Java skills, and proven leadership experience.
The ideal candidate will lead test strategy and execution, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and stable system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end integration testing across applications, APIs, and backend systems. Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks using HTTP Client, Jersey Client, and Rest Assured. Develop and execute UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and/or Playwright. Enhance and stabilize existing automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability. Define test strategy, planning, and execution for integration phases. Oversee defect lifecycle management and stakeholder communication. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members. Ensure CI/CD integration of automation suites and promote continuous testing practices. Conduct status reporting and proactively manage risks and issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
6–10 years of QA experience with strong focus on Integration Testing. Proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior Automation role with team management.
