Must-have skills: HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering/Manufacturing; extensive APQP/PPAP, D/PFMEA, and control plans experience; risk analysis and quality planning; proficiency with program management gates; knowledge of EASA Part 21J/G and AS9100 awareness; proven problem-solving (8D, Six-Sigma); experience across multi-disciplinary, in-development programs; flight safety risk management experience.
Nice-to-haves: HSE risk management knowledge; familiarity with PROMPT reference system; experience supporting in-development programmes (UK/International).

The purpose of this role is to guarantee the compliance of products and services delivered to customers by implementing customer and Safran requirements within the program. Act as a quality interface and represent the Quality department by building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers.
Listen to customers' concerns about quality and translate them into requirements, negotiate as effectively as possible with the customer and implement them operationally within the program. Understand the implicit and explicit quality requirements of other stakeholders, negotiate them as effectively as possible and integrate them operationally within the program.
Communicates with and presents information to all levels and cross functions in SGB. Contributes towards customer liaison for in-development programme and new programme introduction quality topics As required to support in-development programmes (UK / International) Implement quality actions to ensure that customer and Safran requirements are properly integrated into the program Analyse customer requirements, establish and maintain quality deliverables by cascading them internally and to the supply chain through the program quality plan. Ensure due application of the PROMPT reference system and the “Program Management” process by applying best practices. Report to customers on compliance with their quality requirements.
