Role Summary The Adoption Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of the AI in QE Platform across multiple programs and delivery teams. This role owns the adoption strategy, rollout execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization of the platform. The individual will ensure the platform becomes an integral part of the customer’s quality engineering and delivery lifecycle, moving teams from initial onboarding to sustained, measurable usage at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the adoption strategy and rollout roadmap for the AI-powered platform across multiple client programs/projects.
Lead onboarding of new projects and teams, ensuring the platform is embedded into sprint, release, and QE workflows.
Translate GenAI and platform capabilities into practical engineering workflows understood by delivery teams.
Drive stakeholder alignment across QE, Engineering, and Program leadership to ensure sustained platform usage.
Own adoption metrics and success measurement (usage tracking, value realization, delivery impact).
Troubleshoot framework conflicts, integration issues, and stability concerns impacting adoption.
Act as the primary escalation point for adoption challenges and remove organizational, process, and technical blockers.
Build and nurture internal champions to scale adoption and standardize best practices.
Provide continuous feedback into the platform roadmap based on real-world usage insights.
Feed technical insights on model accuracy, scalability, performance, governance, and usability to product and engineering teams.
Partner with platform engineering teams to resolve critical technical issues impacting delivery teams.
Influence roadmap decisions based on delivery impact and enterprise constraints.

Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or QE transformation roles. Demonstrated experience driving change, influencing teams, and operating with ownership across multiple programs. Strong learning agility and ability to rapidly adopt new tools, platforms, and ways of working. Working experience in AI/ML technologies and leading/building AI-driven solutions in QE. Hands-on experience with BDD-based automation, API automation, and CI pipeline test execution. Proven experience leading enterprise platform adoption across large, complex organizations. Strong understanding of QE processes, automation frameworks, CI/CD, and modern delivery models. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
