Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By leveraging your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the project.
Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
