Full Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions that ensure the delivery of highquality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in working with automation frameworks, API testing, and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in CI/CD environments. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Test Design & Execution

• Design and implement automated and manual test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Execute tests and validate results to ensure product quality and compliance.

API & System Integration Testing

• Perform API testing using tools like RestAssured and PACT.
• Validate system integration across multiple platforms and environments.

CI/CD & Release Support

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.

Agile Practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Contribute to PI Planning and provide accurate Agile test estimations.

Defect Management

• Conduct defect triage sessions, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain defect logs and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent.

Automation & Testing Expertise: API Testing, Automation & Manual Testing.

Programming & Tools: Java, JUnit, WireMock, Selenium, Cucumber, OpenPOJO, RestAssured, PACT. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, IntelliJ, AWS

Desired Skills Docker, Kubernetes, Kibana, Dynatrace, Grafana, SonarQube, Swagger, Kafka

Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently"
