What You’ll Do: ** Design, develop, and maintain functional test automation scripts for mobile applications using Appium with Java. Ensure continuous execution of automation, promptly analyzing and reporting on failures to maintain high quality standards. Collaborate with leadership to research, investigate, implement, and train other QA Testing Resources in Test Driven Development and automation best practices. Work cross-organizationally with internal and external partners to define environment requirements, identify automation tools, and execute optimal automation processes. Champion an end-to-end testing approach across multiple applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Partner with geographically-distributed teams to strategically plan future QA tooling and technology decisions. Liaise with product teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to integrate project plans, testing schedules, and metrics reporting.
What You’ll Bring: ** 2+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development. 2-4 years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks. 4+ years of experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. Hands-on coding experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages. Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for logging bugs and managing test cases (e.g., JIRA/MTM, Zephyr/HPQ). Proven ability to successfully balance and deliver multiple geographically-distributed QA projects with concurrent releases. Solid understanding of Mobile Development on iOS and/or Android devices. Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of design systems.
Bonus Points If You Have: ** Experience with XCUI and/or Espresso, Kotlin, SWIFT. Experience in the financial/trading services industry.
