Testing Strategy Lead (QA Transformation & AI-Enabled Quality Engineering) Role Overview We are hiring a senior Testing Strategy Lead to assess the current QA landscape, design a modern AI-enabled testing strategy, and lead transition of testing services from an incumbent vendor. This role combines test strategy, automation architecture, non-functional testing expertise, and transformation leadership, with a strong focus on embedding AI into Quality Engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

QA Assessment & Target-State Design

Review existing test strategy, tools, coverage, and maturity
Conduct gap analysis across manual, automation, performance, and security testing
Define target-state QA operating model (shift-left, continuous testing, AI-enabled)
Establish quality KPIs and release gates

Automation & AI Integration

Design scalable automation strategy (unit, API, UI, contract)
Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines

Leverage AI for

Test case generation
Intelligent regression selection
Defect clustering & root cause insights
Predictive quality analytics
Self-healing automation
Test data generation

Non-Functional & Security Testing

Define performance, load, stress, and scalability testing models
Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scans)
Use observability and AI-driven anomaly detection for reliability

Vendor Transition Leadership

Lead transition from incumbent vendor
Audit test assets and frameworks
