Testing Strategy Lead (QA Transformation & AI-Enabled Quality Engineering) Role Overview We are hiring a senior Testing Strategy Lead to assess the current QA landscape, design a modern AI-enabled testing strategy, and lead transition of testing services from an incumbent vendor. This role combines test strategy, automation architecture, non-functional testing expertise, and transformation leadership, with a strong focus on embedding AI into Quality Engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- QA Assessment & Target-State Design
- Review existing test strategy, tools, coverage, and maturity
- Conduct gap analysis across manual, automation, performance, and security testing
- Define target-state QA operating model (shift-left, continuous testing, AI-enabled)
- Establish quality KPIs and release gates
- Automation & AI Integration
- Design scalable automation strategy (unit, API, UI, contract)
- Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines
Leverage AI for
- Test case generation
- Intelligent regression selection
