LOCATION: ON-SITE IN MICHIGAN, USA

We are looking for a

System Validation Engineer

to lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of vehicle system validation across programs. You will define and manage DVP&R, ensure alignment with test strategies, track KPIs, and report to management while coordinating HIL, SIL, and bench testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage DVP & DVP&R for vehicle systems.
• Define test strategies and validation plans across programs.
• Track and report KPI metrics to management.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout validation activities.
• Coordinate HIL, SIL, and bench testing for system validation.
• Support vehicle testing and validation execution.
• Utilize tools like DOORS for requirement management and tracking.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in validation planning, DVP&R management, and test strategy definition.
• Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating HIL, SIL, bench, and vehicle testing.
• Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirement management tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
