Full Description

Join Sii and become part of a Scrum team developing the next generation of e-commerce services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills, ready to take ownership of test automation strategy and quality assurance practices across teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage at all levels of system architecture before production releases. You will also lead the QA Community, drive best practices, and support the continuous improvement of automation standards.

Your tasks

Coordination and mentoring within the cross-team QA Community Facilitation of collaboration between quality engineers and business or technical stakeholders Planning and alignment of testing priorities across initiatives Monitoring and optimization of quality metrics and coverage indicators Creation of comprehensive test documentation and structured scenarios Development and continuous enhancement of automated testing frameworks Transformation of repetitive manual checks into scalable automation solutions Introduction and promotion of modern quality engineering practices Execution of exploratory verification in areas not yet automated Review and refinement of requirements and related validation assets Participation in peer reviews to strengthen automation standards and team expertise

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on practice in test automation within international and distributed teams Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating QA Communities or leading QA initiatives Practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP) and DevOps principles Background in performance and non-functional testing Strong programming skills in Java with hands-on use of Selenium and Cucumber Commercial exposure to API validation and web interface verification Familiarity with CI/CD ecosystems, including Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence Working knowledge of BDD principles and Gherkin syntax Solid foundation in software quality assurance concepts and SDLC Advanced Polish and English communication skills enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders
