Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, work with developers to confirm functionality, and contribute to QA process improvements
1–2 years of software testing experience; degree in CS/EE or equivalent
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium)
API testing (Postman); testing web/mobile apps; knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum
Familiar with Jira/TestRail/Zephyr; proficient in at least one language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)

About This Role
We are seeking a Test Engineer to support our expanding Testing Function, playing a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. The individual will contribute to executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and uphold quality standards across web, mobile, and API-based products.
What You’ll Do
Execute manual and automated test cases based on defined test plans Document and report defects clearly, including steps to reproduce and supporting evidence such as logs or screenshots Retest resolved defects and validate fixes Prepare and maintain relevant test data for different scenarios Maintain and update test documentation including test cases and scripts Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions Work closely with developers to understand requirements and confirm functionality Perform various testing types including regression, smoke, and sanity testing Apply software testing and QA best practices consistently Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Who You Are
Possess 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium Comfortable participating in technical discussions and cross-functional interactions in English at B2 level or higher Skilled in API testing using tools such as Postman Experienced in testing web and/or mobile applications Knowledgeable in SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiar with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles as applied in test automation Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is an advantage Detail-oriented and committed to producing high‑quality outputs Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work collaboratively as well as independently Relevant professional testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level, Agile Tester) are desirable
