Job Description Developing and implementing testing strategies for software products (Global). Developing automated tests for integration and functional scenarios, including for the backend, frontend, data storage system, etc. Breaking down tasks into smaller components and effectively communicating them to other QA and development team members. Developing and build framework automation tools. Validating tests and scenarios written by other testers. Conducting test cycles using functional, integration, and load testing. Evaluating test results, preparing reports, and making suggestions for quality improvement. Analyzing results, increasing test coverage, participating in development, and implementing new approaches to product testing.

Required skills & Experiences Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on test automation. Proven experience leading quality initiatives in complex software environments. Strong programming skills in any languages like TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript, and hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, SiteAppium, JUnit, TestNG). Familiarity with API testing, stress testing, load testing, and performance testing tools. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins,..) and integration of automated tests in deployment pipelines. Knowledge of relational database operation. Proficient in English (written and verbal) with extensive experience collaborating with global clients and stakeholders.
