The amazing you will have

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Ability to collaborate within agile squads, quickly understand functional needs in Trade Finance, and efficiently manage incidents and maintenance activities.

Test Automation Expertise: Solid experience in automated non-regression testing, including simulation of inputs and comparison mechanisms to improve test reliability and efficiency. Proven ability to automate user mass actions to reduce manual workload and increase productivity.

Programming Skills: Strong experience with Java (back-end focus) and good SQL knowledge for data validation and test scenarios. Comfortable working in large enterprise environments.

Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium is required. Familiarity with additional automation frameworks such as Cucumber, UiPath, or similar tools is highly valued.

Version Control & Scripting: Practical experience with Git for source control. Knowledge of Shell scripting is a plus for automation and operational tasks.

DevOps & Deployment: Exposure to XL Deploy and XL Release or similar deployment tools is appreciated, supporting CI/CD and release management practices.

Domain Knowledge: Functional interest or experience in the banking sector, particularly Trade Finance (Credits, Documentary Collections, International Guarantees), with the ability to support Back Office processes.

Language: English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
