Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP) Good to have skills : Payments Fundamentals, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must be able to prepare and perform Test plan and execution of test scripts. - Must be proficient in test automation using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium with strong expertise in Java technology. - To evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Payments Fundamentals, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform. - Hands on experience in GPP SP/ testing GPP SP workflows, in either of the payments schemes viz UK/SEPA/US/APAC. - Good understanding of payments schemes on GPP - Very good experience in functional and/or Automation testing in banking domain - Good experience, 5-8 years, in leading payment engines viz Global Pay plus GPP / Clear2Pay / Dovetail/ ACI or others, based testing in Payment s domain Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
