IMPLEMENTATION QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE I - TREASURY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Position is responsible for reviewing the setup of business clients on various Treasury Management systems and providing a variety of daily support functions related to the findings of that review. Responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to, researching, reporting and resolving issues uncovered during the quality check process, ensuring the products or services meet the established standards of quality. Ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes are consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements. Performs other duties as requested. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Provides a variety of daily support functions which generally includes, review of account/client setups on applicable systems, the reporting of errors to management and the communications of errors to the various colleagues within the Operations unit.
