You’ll work within a technology team that collaborates closely with international engineering and content specialists, where rapid change and fast-paced development are the norm.
We’re looking for someone who not only delivers tasks effectively but also understands team and product needs at a deeper level — someone who proactively identifies issues, proposes solutions, and actively contributes to improving processes. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in uncertainty, adapts quickly, and can deliver value even where clear paths don’t yet exist. Responsibilities

Build and maintain test environments — both software and hardware-based.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high product quality.
Drive and expand test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Perform various test types: functional, regression, negative, boundary, and performance testing.
Accurately document, track, and verify reported defects.
Analyze test results and prepare clear quality reports for teams and leadership.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Promote best testing practices and initiate improvements in processes and tools.
Support video content validation, including visual artifacts, image quality, and metadata.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years of software testing experience, including creating comprehensive test plans.
Strong proficiency in Python — ability to write clean, scalable test code.
Experience testing multimedia applications — knowledge of video, image processing, or content creation is a strong plus.
Familiarity with tools: Git, Jira, pytest, CI/CD.
Experience across multiple operating systems: Linux, Windows, OS X.
Understanding of testing methodologies (ASTQB) and defect tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment — delivering results, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — essential for working with international teams.
Advanced English (B2/C1 level) — working language.
