What You Will Do Performing data analysis of test results of PWB electrical parameters using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Providing production floor support to address process and compliance issues from all levels. Working with Electrical Test Equipment (oscilloscopes and multi-meters) Utilizing Microsoft Office (VBA programming) Experience working with digital and electronic circuits Facilitating cross-functional teams for improvement activities (e.g. 6-sigma, lean manufacturing) Using Pareto analysis, cause/effect diagrams, process mapping, and/or other performance analysis tools
Location: Andover, MA
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. This position is for an ONSITE Co-Op who will work from July 2026 through December 2026 Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role This position requires a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
