求めるスキル・経験： Oracle Database（RAC、Data Guard、ASM、RMANなど）の高度な知識と運用経験を有し、導入・構築からトラブルシューティング、性能チューニングまで幅広く対応可能な方 Oracle Engineered Systemsおよび関連サブシステムの豊富な実務経験（設計、導入、最適化、保守管理） ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアの複雑な障害に対する分析力と問題解決力、システム復旧対応および根本原因分析、予防策の実施が可能な方 RHELやOELなどLinux環境におけるシステム管理・運用・保守の実務経験 Pythonやシェルスクリプトを用いた業務自動化、プロセス改善、効率化に関する高い技術力 クラウド環境（OCI、AWS、Azure、GCPなど）でのシステム構築・運用経験があれば尚可 チーム内外との円滑な連携を可能にする高いコミュニケーション能力と、優れた論理的思考力・問題解決能力 Webアプリケーション配信におけるセキュリティベストプラクティスへの理解、およびネットワークインフラの基本知識 構成管理ツールを用いたシステム運用の標準化・自動化に関する知識と実践経験
