Role & seniority: Test Automation Engineer / Automation Specialist (New Technologies Expertise Centre), likely mid to senior level
Stack/tools: Selenium, Robot Framework; CI/CD (Jenkins), Git; scripting (Python, Bash, Java); API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Design and implement the test automation strategy aligned with project requirements
Develop and maintain automated test scripts; ensure traceability to requirements
Execute and monitor automated test campaigns; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; analyze results and report defects
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and Robot Framework

🎯 Your Role
As part of our New Technologies Expertise Centre, you will be responsible for automating functional, technical, and non-regression tests to ensure the reliability and performance of applications in production.
✔ Design and implement the test automation strategy aligned with project requirements.
✔ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium & Robot Framework.
✔ Review specifications to ensure testability and requirement coverage.
✔ Ensure traceability between test cases, automation scripts, and requirements.
✔ Prepare and manage test environments to facilitate smooth test execution.
✔ Execute and monitor automated test campaigns, analyzing results and reporting defects.
✔ Improve CI/CD integration by implementing automated tests in pipelines.
✔ Continuously enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
🛠️ Your Profile
✔ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
✔ Background in software development with a focus on test automation.
✔ Experience in both manual and automated testing is highly appreciated.
Selenium & Robot Framework for test automation.
ISTQB certification is a strong plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Java. Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
