Job Position - QA & Testing Analyst

Key Skills Design and maintain scalable Tricentis TOSCA automation framework for SAP, SuccessFactors, IMOS, and integrated systems. Develop and execute automated & manual test cases (E2E, UAT, Functional, API, Integration). Create comprehensive test strategies and plans based on business requirements and user stories. Validate system integrations including GUI, API, and database testing. Perform risk analysis to identify potential defects and business impact areas. Manage defect lifecycle using Jira – logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution. Generate test reports, coverage metrics, and system readiness dashboards. Collaborate with Product Owners, BA, Dev, and Ops teams in Agile/Scrum environment. Support framework enhancements, automation improvements, and process optimization. Act as SME for TOSCA automation and mentor junior QA team members.
