Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Senior Automotive Validation Engineer to join our technical team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive systems, with a particular focus on hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee automotive testing campaigns on test benches and vehicles.
Analyze results, identify issues, and propose corrective and preventive solutions.
Represent the validation function within the organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality).
Technically lead and mentor a team, fostering continuous improvement.
Optimize testing processes and implement advanced analytical methods (8D, root cause analysis, etc.).
Candidate Profile
Profile / Requirements
Master's degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in system and equipment validation.
Experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions is a plus.
Proven ability to technically lead a team and work independently.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent validation to stakeholders.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills & Tools
Experience with VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA, and Matlab.
