Working as a Performance Tester at NCS Australia offers you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions. Join us in identifying and resolving software defects and issues through testing, debugging, and other troubleshooting techniques.
If you have a strong understanding of software engineering, performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, we are looking forward to working with you.
Qualifications
Understanding of software engineering and performance testing concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others used for scripting performance tests. Ability to analyse and interpret performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Familiarity with system monitoring and profiling tools. Good communication skills to collaborate with development and operations teams. Understanding of web technologies, databases, and network protocols. Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of agile practices and relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Bitbucket for effective collaboration and tracking of performance testing tasks and results.
