About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manual QA Engineer/Tester to join our healthcare-focused technology team. As a Manual QA Engineer in the healthcare industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our software products. Your work will directly impact the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients and providers.
Responsibilities Review software requirements and create detailed manual test plans and test cases. Execute manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications. Identify, document, and report defects clearly in issue tracking tools. Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved bugs do not impact existing functionality. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand project requirements and testing objectives. Verify that software meets Electronic Health Record (EHR) compliance and usability standards. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality of software products.
Qualifications 3β6 years of experience in manual QA/testing. Hands-on experience with EHR systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Familiarity with bug tracking tools is a plus.
Pay Range and Compensation Package The expected base pay for this role will be discussed based on experience and location. PsychPlus also provides a comprehensive compensation package, which may include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive packages, and full PsychPlus Health-sponsored benefits.
